For tenants, the fastest broadband is essential. We work with great broadband providers, SKY and Virgin Media, ensuring the best connection available to the property.

We transfer, setup, manage and close down the property’s electricity supply for everyone’s convenience. We do not put energy allowances in place for the ultimate comfort.

Water

We transfer, setup, manage and close down the property’s water and sewerage supply with the relevant local water borough.
